Lorong tambah nilai 24 jam dapat sambutan / 24-hour reload lanes get overwhelming response




KUALA SELANGOR – Lebuhraya Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor (Lebuhraya Latar) semalam mengumumkan pembukaan lorong tambah nilai 24 jam di lebuh raya ini mendapat sambutan menggalakkan sehingga mencatat jumlah tambah nilai sebanyak RM1 juta sejak dibuka 1 Mac lalu.

Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Latar, Amran Amir berkata, lebih daripada 20,000 pengguna menikmati kemudahan disediakan di dua plaza tol strategik iaitu Plaza Tol Kuang Timur bagi pengguna dari arah Kuala Selangor dan Plaza Tol Kuang Barat untuk pengguna dari Kuala Lumpur.

Menurutnya, Latar adalah syarikat konsesi lebuh raya pertama di Lembah Klang menawarkan perkhidmatan lorong tambah nilai 24 jam selain daripada khidmat tambah nilai disediakan di Kaunter Perkhidmatan Pelanggan.

“Perkhidmatan lorong tambah nilai 24 jam dan penambahan waktu operasi di lebuh raya ini adalah sebahagian daripada tanggung jawab korporat sosial syarikat kerana kami memahami keperluan pengguna.

“Kami menawarkan akses mudah dan perkhidmatan sedia ada kepada pengguna lebuh raya untuk menambah nilai kad Touch n’ Go di lebuh raya ini tanpa caj tambahan pada bila-bila masa tanpa sebarang halangan,” katanya.

Menurutnya, rekod menunjukkan majoriti pengguna menambah nilai selepas jam 5 petang di mana waktu ini adalah waktu puncak pengguna pulang dari tempat kerja serta waktu malam iaitu pada jam 7 malam dan ke atas.

Beliau berkata, pengguna yang menggunakan sistem tersebut layak mendapat rebat tol sebanyak 20 peratus diberikan kerajaan.



KUALA SELANGOR – Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (Latar Expressway) yesterday announced that the opening of the 24-hour reload lanes at the expressway received remarkable responses that the cumulative reload amount had grossed RM1 million since their openings on 1st March.

Chief Executive Officer of Latar, Amran Amir said, more than 20,000 motorists enjoyed the service being offered at the two strategic toll plazas, Kuang West (Kuala Selangor bound) and Kuang East (Kuala Lumpur bound) toll plazas.

According to him, Latar was the first expressway concessionaire in the Klang Valley that offers the 24-hour reload lane service in addition of the reload service provided at the Customer Service Counter.

“The 24-hour reload lane service and the addition of its operating hours at this expressway are a part of the company's corporate responsibilities because we care about the consumers' needs.

“We offer an easy access and the existing services to expressway users to reload their Touch n’ Go cards at this expressway without any additional cost anytime without any obstacle,” he said.

According to him, records show that the majority of users reload their cards after 5.00 pm which is the peak hour for those commuting back home and at night at 7.00 pm onwards.

He said, consumers using the system are eligible for the 20% toll rebate by the government.
